The baking system functions through a controlled thermal process:

The process begins with the burner activating to produce intense fluorescent heat through a thermal energy converter, where filtered external air is mixed for energy exchange. This heated air is then directed to the top of the baking chamber for secondary filtration before being distributed. Once the preset temperature is reached, the burner deactivates, though the fan continues to run for an additional 15 minutes to stabilize the internal conditions; should the temperature fall below the set threshold, the system automatically reactivates both components to maintain consistent heat. The entire process concludes automatically after the predetermined baking duration, thereby finalizing the paint finishing cycle. This automated system ensures precise temperature control and efficient heat distribution, optimizing the baking process for uniform, high-quality results.
